Become a VIP FAQ's
Can I change what's in my subscription box?
Absolutely! You can alter any of the items on your subscription by logging into your account.
Can I change my order date?
You sure can! Log into your account and change the renew date, you can even change your frequency also. Please note that the default renew date for orders is Sunday to ensure all orders are placed before the cutoff Monday 5pm. This ensures all subscription orders are delivered on the same week they were placed.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes you can! Just remember when you cancel your subscription you no longer access the discount pricing or the perks that come with the VIP program.
Can I change my delivery address?
Absolutely! This all happens in your customer portal, just login and select the address you would like to use for delivery. Just be sure to do this the Monday before you want delivery.
What day will I recieve my order?
Your order will naturally default to the same week day you specified in your first order. If you received deliver on a Friday then your subscription order will be sent on a Friday also. If you would like a different delivery day please specify this in your order notes. You can choose Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
