You will receive a whole oyster blade your choice of size weighing a minimum of your selected size. Our organic oyster blade has been expertly cut and vacuum sealed by our master butcher for your convenience.

You will only be charged for the size you select, all pieces will be a minimum of your selected size and any pieces cut larger provide an added bonus to you- FREE!
