New York Strips (aka thick cut porterhouse) is an all round favourite with great tenderness and flavour without too much fat. The thickness allows for lovely crusting on the outside while still maintaining a tender and juicy inside.

You will receive 2 Organic New York Strips weighing approx 800g+ total weight. These steaks have been expertly cut and vacuum sealed for a shelf life of 14 days from the day it was packaged.
